Shane Monohan and the Mike Shaw team were incredible! I got an amazing deal, the exact car I wanted and seamless service. Absolutely no pressure for upgrades or add ons. This is my first Subaru and fist new car purchase, and now I will never go anywhere else. I left feeling confident in my purchase and part of the Subaru family. Wally called me immediately after my car had been towed to the dealership. He was instrumental in getting my fleet vehicle fixed quickly and back to me. The fleet company can be challenging to get a hold of and I really appreciate Wally spending the extra time on the phone and getting all the repairs approved so quickly. I had a great experience with Mike Shaw Subaru.

Good experience. The only downside was that the service took twice as long as quoted, but I got a Lyft ride home, so it wasn't that big of a deal. Some of the service was covered under waranty, so that was a nice bonus.

Ben was incredibly helpful and was fun to work with. I came in for an oil change and breaks, but ended up doing more than expected because he suggested things that ACTUALLY needed to be done.
