I have worked with Ean a couple times now. Each time has been efficient and informative. He is patient with my questions and clearly communicates what the issue is and the potential outcomes.I have taken my Subaru to Mike Shaw for 5 years now and have never had a negative experience.However, out of all the service representatives I have encountered, I feel Ean is exceptional to work with and I greatly appreciate his level of professionalism in situations that can cause quite a bit of anxiety around service costs at times.10/10 service rating 😊

All phases of sale went very well. We were able to meet with a sales rep (Samantha) and sales manger (Dan), see the vehicles we were interested in, learn the advantages of a CPO vehicle, and test drive the vehicle we decided to purchase. The pricing was clear and the final processing and paperwork with Samantha and Frank in Finance was straightforward and explained clearly.

Big shout outs to Tommy Lee who got me in the exact Subaru Outback I was shopping for and Dan Peeples who went above and beyond to ensure that I drove off completely satisfied with my purchase. The high level of customer service I experienced is so hard to find these days and I'm just glad it's still alive and well at Mike Shaw Subaru! You have definitely gained a loyal customer.
