My car service was running behind but the person who helped me completely compt my oil change because I had been there so long (they were short staffed). He was extremely kind for offering to do that and I’m so grateful!

The car was taken first off to the fixing garage. The car's oil was changed and an inspection to the car quickly. Thank you.

My experience at Mike Shaw Subaru was great. I brought my car in for a synthetic oil change, at which time they did the usual multipoint inspection, pointing out anything that needed to be addressed; in addition, the fluid levels in the engine were topped off...I was in/out in a timely manner.

Larry gates came to greet me and then walked me thru the process.. he came to get me before the time he had told me and I was out the door in 45 min.. great job And sp friendly..

It would be nice if they were aware of past service that I have had instead of trying to get me to do it again.
