Together they came up with a very generous solution that blew me away and exceeded any expectations I had of the issue being addressed. Alex Shaffer made my experience at Subaru the best! Nothing but red carpet service with him! I needed a minor A/C repair and I was met with excellent customer service and an exceptional experience. I told Alex he’s the reason I stay with Subaru 6 stars if possible.

I always like coming here, and that is not something I would say about dealerships overall. Everyone is always super nice, accommodating, and happy to help. I came in for routine maintenance (oil change) and Wally helped me. I was a little bummed about how long it was going to take but said I'd wait. It took less than half the time he quoted and he washed my car for me. Super nice guy and it's great to get customer service in a world where that seems hard to come by. Many thanks - it kinda made my day.
