I went in for an oil change for my new to me crosstrex. I got assigned to Frank. I pulled in and he didn’t even say hello, said “ what are you here for “ I nicely asked if there was someone else I could work with that was more personable . E fire he could say anything, Mathias came over to me and spent the time needed to show me all gadgets on the dashboard and answer all my questions. I was so appreciative if his time , knowledge and customer service he showed with me. I thanked him, and the service manager whom was also very kind, I’m sorry I didn’t get his name. I told him after Mathias worked with me, I am a life time Mike Shaw customer.
