Brought my car in for a recall and an external query. Recall was taken care of and the issue I had with my instrument panel was able to be fixed with a pre-bought part.

Always helpful, always courteous, always friendly. Service Advisor on my last visit, Jessica Jones, was an absolute delight (really, I mean it)! I trust Mike Shaw Subaru to do the right thing for Sherman every time we make an appointment.

I was happy with the promptness of the oil and filter change. However, when I scheduled my appointment online the information for my Forester came up but I was having service done on my Legacy. I guess because of this I got a message Friday that I missed my appointment.

The place was busy causing the oil change to take double the amount of time I was told but the good waiting area and the discount on the service made up for it.
