Efficient check-in, very reasonable service time. The service rep was very professional yet personable. I like the upgrades to the waiting area. I do miss the vacuum and hose-off of the vehicle but realize that there are necessary cut-backs everywhere.

Frank, our service advisor, was extremely helpful, dynamic, straightforward & incredibly precise when discussing the needs of our ascent. He had energy & appeared truly interested in listening to me describe what I felt the car was having problems with. He called 3 times throughout the day giving me updates about my car & what the technicians were finding. At one point there was a question about the headliner and how it was installed. Frank was determined to figure it out without placing blame. He was professional during each interaction & knowledgeable about the Subaru product. He is a great addition to the Subaru staff.
