Brandon was so helpful from the start. I liked how he broke down our options by listening to our wants and needs. He narrowed it down to two and let my husband and I check out the car but also giving us enough privacy to discuss on our own. This allowed my husband and I to talk and come to the conclusion of getting the right car. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and kind.Additionally, the fact that trading our car directly with Subaru helped us close the deal on that day. The follow-up correspondence with Brandon continues to be great and only reaches out to us when necessary.The guy who rubbed me the wrong way was Randon Givens. He made a bad joke about where we are originally from. He was rushing and seemed annoyed when we asked a follow-up question about the breakdown of the cost.

Taylor was very friendly, professional, and helpful in trying to identify a mysterious sound. We made several attempts to duplicate the sound, even going so far as to use another vehicle with the same engine as a control. We could not duplicate the sound as the engine was at operating temp and the sound is only present when cold. I did not have time to leave my vehicle this time but will soon. I'm sure Taylor will be as helpful then as well.

I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment, and my car was serviced in a timely manner ... I had my car back within a couple of hours. They did find a few other issues that were also taken care of.

My wife was in contact with Cliff even before we came into the dealership. He was patient and kind and answered all of her questions. When she went in for the test drive, he was attentive and informative and did it all in a personable way that we have never seen at any other dealership. He was so helpful that he even took the time to answer my questions and I had no intention of getting a Subaru...I now own a Forester! Thank you Cliff! We love our new cars and are so grateful for you!
