Alex was very helpful throughout the process. Enjoyed the waiting area. The three lane check in seems a little cramped but liked the individual desks as it was more personable.

We always have great service at Mike Shaw. I made an appointment for Saturday morning and dropped my car off Friday afternoon and it was ready that same day Jess was really great at keeping us informed of what was going on. Everyone in the service department is super nice!

Waiting was a little longer than usual. The waiting area has been remodeled with dark and gloomy colors. There are three televisions on all showing Subaru commercials that were on a loop. We are waiting for our car to be serviced, we already own or have a Subaru. No need to see more advertising. One TV might be enough. Its a waiting area not a sport bar. Aside from the new waiting area. Very happy with my car service and all work was completed. Always glad to come here and have my car running to it's best of its abilities.
