Tim, my service manager, was friendly, and professional. This was my first visit since the facility was renovated; it is a huge improvement. I didn't notice if the (free) car wash bay was still there but my Outback wasn't dirty anyway. I appreciate, as always, the quality of service you provide.

Work done on time for a busy day. Appreciate the 10$ discount. I always notice a new smudge or grime left in the drivers seat. This time it’s a pen mark or scratch by the ignition. Maybe the free car wash should include a courtesy swipe of the driver seat and door?
