I was very impressed with the whole process of getting my oil changed. As this was my first time at Mike Shaw Subaru, I did not know what to expect. This is definitely the cleanest service area I have been to. The waiting room lounge was very comfortable and offered coffee and snacks. I appreciated the text updates and the friendliness of the service professionals. I will definitely be returning for my next oil change.
