Although I have only been a Subaru owner for a little less than a year, each time I come in to speak with someone, I feel like I’ve known some members of the team for some time. My most recent experience was with Jessica. She was attentive, thorough and very personable which made the frustration of my load of “one more thing to do” feel much lighter. Thank you for your consistent customer service, regardless of the time I come in…or the reason.
