Pretty easy smooth transaction for the most part. My loan was not completed/processed correctly which would’ve caused issues had I not noticed and followed up myself with my bank. After calling for about a week with no answer and leaving countless voicemails on day 6 i was able to get in contact with someone who helped me fix the loan issue. Very disappointed that the ball was dropped by this dealership.

Always a pleasure to get service here. Check in is pretty seamless (making your appointment online, you don't know who your contact is, but they resolve quickly). Timing was fast as usual and car was returned in great condition. Love this place!
