I came in for hatchback door closing issue. Motor was replaced but it didn’t fix problem. Car was brought back and I was given a loaner until they figured out what was wrong. They did figure out the problem so things worked out

Frank was easy to work with. He was diligent about ordering a ride in both directions, while my car was being serviced. Once the diagnostics was done on my car, he texted to tell me what was found on the item I brought it in for as well as other areas of maintenance needed. The text asked for my permission an those items. I called him to discuss what I wanted covered. Once my car was ready he sent for a car to pick me up. He made the process very easy. I paid for the work done and was on my way home!
