Friendly service, Timreviewed my record and addressed my concerns with knowledge. When I didn’t need the service I’d booked and so couldn’t get the loaner car, they provided me with a ride to and from the office. Tim communicated well, and I am happy to have worked with him again. The service writer was very professional and helpful. He provided info on the need for their to be less gas in the gas tank in order to perform the recall or they would have to remove the gas. We were able to work out that I would bring the car back when the gas tank is less than 1/2 full. He was great!
