As always, the staff of Mike Shaw Subaru Service Department treated me Very Well. Check in with Mitch was welcoming and efficient, the new large waiting was pleasant, and total time for the oil change was less than an hour. Highly recommended.

They got me in and out quickly. It was too expensive like always but that's just your industry and it can't be avoided. At least the rest of the experience was great.
