Quick and great

Had my car serviced at Mike Shaw Subaru before my big trip out east and the crew knocked out an oil change quickly! Brandon was super efficient and alerted me to every step along the way while the car was getting repaired. I also had them check for a loose part that kept making a rattling sound and they found it! Brandon you are amazing!

Clean check in efficient service but given that the car was worked on for about 2 1/2 hours the bill was very large.

Keven Good, the service manager, and Wally Pettengill, the service advisor, are outstanding. They did everything possible to provide exceptional customer service for me.

I was surprised I still had 2 services left as I paid for my last oil change but it was nice that I was informed about them this time around. Everything was taken care of and there was good communication the whole time. I was really happy the car wash just opened back up too, I almost got it washed the day before but wanted to wait to see if it would happen after the oil change and it did!
