It was smooth and great service from Jacob Her. He keep intouch throughout the shipping and delivery of our 2022 Crosstrek. It actually arrived earlier then expected. Our experience working with Jacob was positive and professional. Jacob was able to locate a Crosstrek Sport and deliver it to us in six week while other dealers said they would not any until next year. Service agent promptly took care of a payment issue / $ credit (confusion or typo on extended-warranty-coverage issue). Would recommend going over the details of service and related-costs with customer-in-person prior to performing the service. A bit pricey it seems. Explanation or disclosure of service-warranties would be appreciated.
