The intake process was efficient; waiting room comfortable; coffee was great. Text advising possible concerns was appreciated. However, my car was not washed - again. At the previous appointment I was advised the car wash equipment was broken and this time as we approached the exit, I asked if it had been washed. I was told no it hadn’t because it didn’t appear dirty. Well it did appear dirty to me as evidenced by mud streaks. The representative then asked if I would like it washed. She directed me back to the waiting room to wait while the car went through the wash.

Very timely and responsive to my needs of service. Lawrence was professional and helpful.
