Had trouble starting my car, so drove immediately to Mike Shaw Subaru. Didn’t want to be stranded at a remote trailhead. Arrived at 10, they squeezed me in, and replaced battery and did the 60,000 mile tuneup. Perfect! Thank you for great service!

Was a quick and easy experience. Granted, I came in knowing what I wanted and didn't even have to do a test drive. Just ordered my vehicle and got it when it arrived.

Everything was smooth and fairly quick. The only thing I wouldve preferred was if my car was ready by the time i finished with financing.

Even if things don’t go as planned it can still be a good experience. My car got backed into on the lot but you took care of it completely. The diagnosis was much worse than I expected and I declined all work and you did not charge for diagnostics. I would recommend you to anyone that has a Subaru with no hesitation. Mike Shaw Subaru did a great job on my car, they do a thorough inspection and then let you know what really needs to be done and what maybe needs to be done. Not pushy, just suggestions to keep me rolling along

Service was friendly and efficient. The waiting room was very nice. The estimated wait was 1 hour 30 minutes but I was out in 45 minutes. Very nice!!
