I was not offered a loaner and the repairs were considered a warranty problem. Car seems very good, transmission was replaced due to recall. I’m pretty satisfied with my experience.

Much to my surprise I could drive my car in where a very nice young man got me checked in. It didn’t take very long and I was on my way again. I did think it was a bit expensive tho.

Cliff was on top of the game through internet sales with me and to wrap it all up Frank with the finance kept it all clear

I can’t say enough about how great my experience was at Mike Shaw Subaru. First, I was greeted at the door by the GM, and sales person. Second, I was treated like a good friend or family member, and third, the time flew by while waiting for my paperwork to be processed on my new Ascent. It’s clear they made my experience their priority, and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend buying a car from Mike Shaw Subaru. You won’t be disappointed.

I had a great experience with Mike Shaw Subaru. Working with Tim, he was communicative and explained each step of the process. My car was a company car and it barely had any miles on it however it had so many things going wrong with it. I really avoided driving it before this because it didn't feel safe and was actually treacherous in snowy weather. Tim and Team assessed the car and fixed all of the elements that were creating problems.

BROUGH IN MY FORESTER FOR REGULAR OIL SERVICE AND A SAFETY RECALL, SERVICE WAS IMPRESIVE FAST AND GOOD AS ALWAYS.

Tim went above and beyond to get my Forester fixed as soon as possible. He was always good with communicating what the status was of parts ordered, and when it was ready for pickup. I'll always come back here for my Subaru needs (and wants:)
