Once again, I am satisfied the outstanding customer service! The fact, MSS provides free Lyft service (within a 10 mile radius) while my vehicle was being serviced (oil change) is a great benefit! Staff was professional and caring.

Shane really hooked it up for us! He reached out to me early about my leased Subaru and was able to custom order my new one, which arrived in plenty of time before my lease ended. And when my son’s car died about a week after we ordered my new Subaru, I called Shane up to see if I could purchase my current Subaru to help my son out. He answered ALL of my questions, ran all of the numbers for me, and took care of as much of the paperwork ahead of time as possible. Both transactions were seamless and easy and happened on the same day! Shane even rearranged his usual work schedule to accommodate our availability. My son and I felt well taken care of and very satisfied with our new cars! Thanks again Shane!
