Mike Shaw Subaru is the best car dealership I have experienced. The most recent scheduled maintenance on my vehicle was excellent. The dealership sent me a reminder of needing a scheduled and it was easy to set it up on-line at a time/date that worked well for me. I was greeted as I drove into the service area and my service manager explained what work was going to be done and how long it would take. He confirmed that the work was covered by my service contract and answered all of my questions. I was escorted to a very comfortable waiting area where I was able to set up my lap-top and use the dealership’s wifi. The free coffee machine in the waiting area is a nice feature. I was able to track the progress on my car on my smartphone and the work on my car was completed on schedule. My service manager came into the waiting area and escorted me to checkout where he gave me a detailed review of the work and condition of my car. The final nice surprise was that my car was cleaner than when I dropped it off! Overall, the service was an excellent experience!

Ben Hare was so helpful & explained why work was needing to be done. He also set my clock for daylight savings. As I hadn't been successful doing it. I appreciated his kindness.

I walked in to get an oil change done, which was initially quoted to be 1.5 hours. I was prepared for a wait so I brought my laptop to work on. Their new services area and lobby are newly updated and very nice! The waiting area has ample seating and outlets if you need to wait. They also installed a nice free(!) coffee machine to enjoy.

Tommy was great throughout the whole process. Was informative about the features of the vehicle and kept me updated as I was waiting for the car to be delivered. Excellent communication from him.

I am fully satisfied with my recent service at Mike Shaw Subaru right from scheduling my appointment. I was given the earliest time which is available and the times available on the date that I chose. I was given a text reminder the day before my appointment. When I got there, the service advisor( Wally) was very accommodating and updated me regularly on what’s going on, estimated out of pocket expense and the service was done on time as promised. On our drive home, I noticed that our vehicle runs smoothly and without any issues. I will surely take my vehicle for service at Mike Shaw Subaru!
