Service place is being remolded and only had one garage entrance. Cars were backed up outside of the front of building. When entering service area didn’t really know where to go as no signs and people was scrambling all over the place. Finally got checked in after somebody had asked if I’ve been helped. I did schedule the oil change for 11:30 and was shocked to see that it was going to take 1hour to 1hour and 30 minutes for an oil change which was scheduled already. Last oil change I did there only took about 40 minutes. Really felt like the scheduled appointment time is managed poorly and can improve on this. Vehicle was completed with an oil change after 1hr and 30min. Other than this the automated text of the progress of the service of the car is a really a nice feature and texting within the service advisor is also a plus. New updated waiting room is really nice with good accommodations.
