My experience with Mike Shaw Subaru was great. Keith Traczynski was able to get the car I wanted reserved, and when I showed up to buy it the process went very smooth. I would absolutely buy from them again.

Nathan was excellent. He was helpful and responsive. My car arrived a month early, which was a pleasant surprise. I am having a small problem with the car (unable to raise the height of the driver's seat) but Nathan encouraged me to come in and get it fixed, which I will do next week.

Everything went well. My oil filter and oil change was no charge because I waited a bit long which was a very pleasant surprise. Thank you Brandon.
