Wally was so great to work with during my service appt. at Mike Shaw Subaru. He was friendly and honest. After initially being told to pull up my car to the garage, he came out and found me where I had initially parked and offered to check me in there. He also was up front about everything in terms of knowing what to expect with communication and price. Not only was everything transparent, he also found a way to bring the price in even lower than estimated. He was responsive about questions and even offered to stay later when we were going to arrive a little after closing time at 6 p.m. on Friday evening to pick it up. I would definitely come back to Mike Shaw and work with Wally again. Thanks for all the work especially finding the source of that oil leak and getting it taken care of under warranty. I appreciate all the hard work and professionalism from Wally especially working in the unsettling conditions of the remodeling going on.
