Fast emergency service for tire patch on flat. Was able to change oil at the same time and it ended up being cheaper than originally quoted.

My oil change was an absolute pleasure. I was in and out of there before I could even finish writing 1 email. Frank was great at explaining my services and helping me figure out what I needed next.

I had a check engine light, eyesight, lane departure, braking and hill descent lights all come on Sunday morning. I live 150 miles from nearest Subaru dealer. Without an appointment I showed up on Monday morning and Larry checked me right in. The power was out in the service area. Diagnosis were completed that afternoon. Two parts needed - oxygen sensor and fuel air sensor. The first was in stock, but the second part was on back order and would not be in for two weeks. Yikes. I was able to find an after market part the next day. Subaru got me back on the road the next afternoon. Hooray! Larry did a great job and was very accessible when we needed to communicate. Thanks for taking excellent and timely care of my 2016 Subaru Forester. It has been an excellent car, but has had it moments along the way.

I was due for an oil change and there is never any questions as to WHO will be servicing my Subaru. I’ve been taking my Forrester to Mike Shaw Subaru ever since the purchase in 2015. LOVIN’ the new look of the facilities and excited for construction to be finished. I always enjoy the hot and cold beverages during my wait. Team members are friendly and welcoming. Wally is a pleasure to work with everytime. Thanks Wally and to all the working hands who performed the oil change. !!! Go Team.
