Had a 7:30 am appointment for oil change; got checked in immediately. My service rep, Wallace Pettengill, accompanied me to the waiting area. I was texted after the inspection that I needed a new cabin filter, but I was also advised that the low accumulated mileage since my last service did not warrant rotating my tires and that I could wait till my next service. I have used the Mike Shaw service department for my Subaru Outbacks for about 20 years and feel strongly that they have treated me honestly and provide quality work — and I love their coffee machine in the waiting area.
