I had a wonderful experience with Tim during a recent service appointment. I was in for the 30k service, and Tim kept me informed the entire time we were there and answered any questions I had along the way. Very courteous and friendly!! Tim is the man!

I appreciated that Wally keep me apprised of my car's status. A complimentary loaner car was provided, which was above and beyond service. Maintenance not related to the claim was performed free of charge! The service experience was so positive that I will continue using Mike Shaw Subaru in the future.
