Very fast and competent. Always friendly and helpful.

The service caused some frustration but all was made right. Will continue to have Mike Shaw service my Forester that I purchased there.

They were so fast, which was very appreciated because I am 8 months pregnant

We came unannounced and the service advisor Jessica was able to assist us and get us on the schedule right then and there, despite us having an unusual issue with the car. They were able to look at it within the first few days and have the vehicle ready within a week. Jessica was professional and had great communication throughout.
