Very good timing and excellent seevice! Appreciate the effort for taking care of the car!

Both techs (Tim and Jessica) were very helpful and the oil change for both of my cars were completed in less than a hour. Best visit yet! On another note, the dealership is going through some construction and the regular guest restrooms are out of order. I was directed to use the portable restrooms located just outside the front of the dealership…they were absolutely DISGUSTING!! Both the women’s and handicap!! I went back into the building and talked with the gentleman that first directed me to the RR. He shared that the portables are cleaned only weekly on Fri or Sat.(it was Sat 9:30 am), and then he lead me to the staff women’s RR/locker room. Thank goodness! Wish I had gotten his name! Please get those RR cleaned more often or hurry and get the ones inside up and working. I plan to be in soon for a new car but because of how long it takes, I may change my mind if the RR situation is not improved.

Every single time I have had a major car issue they have made me feel like I was their highest priority. They always seem to make the situation work for my complicated schedule and my lack of transportation. I know that I can trust them and that they will do everything they can morally and ethically to give me the service I deserve. I am so grateful.

Mike Shaw Service Department has always provided exemplary service on my Subaru Forester. In the most recent visit I was met by Ben Hare, one of the service reps. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. He provided me with an accurate timeframe on when the car would be ready and did a quick checkout. If I could I’d give him 10 stars!

My oil change took an extraordinarily long time but I understand that the interview to down in the midst of a lot of renovation construction. My service manager Wallace did not charge me because of the inconvenience which I did not expect at all. It was greatly appreciated and I will schedule my future service at Mike Shaw as I’ve been going there for years and this was the only time something like that has happened
