Eric Grimm was very attentive to our needs as remote buyers (out of the local area) during this challenging period when there is such high demand for new Subaru Forester's. We had a good experience purchasing our Subaru (our fifth) from Mike Shaw Subaru.

Staff are friendly and helpful I feel confident that they will alert me about needed services and trust that they will do a good job. Construction at the dealership was uncomfortable.
