I came to pick up an extended date temporary license plate. My salesman was off that day, but a very nice woman ( I assume another sales person) was very helpful to process, print and even change out the old temporary plate with the new one, on a very cold day.

Good experience, loved that I got a text allowing me to follow my car through the service. However, the text notifications did not continue and I had no idea where my car was in the service. I was told that it would be 2-3 hours. I started trying to find out when my car would be ready after about 5 hours or so. No ability to talk to anyone through a number of phone calls and a text.Very glad I had nothing else planned. Maybe another dealer next time?
