It was quick and all of the staff was helpful.

Took four trips and all afternoon to get a simple issue fixed. Also, the original service person tried to excuse the failure of fixing the it the first time saying that it was not in the records. I have the printout showing my request to check it and the mechanic’s response. The last visit was fine and the service person was friendly and responsive.

Alex was quick and efficient. Most importantly, he was honest. I got great service as always at mike Shaw!

Tim in the repair shop took great care of me Excellent customer service skills, got me a Uber ride to work, no questions asked, and kept me informed throughout the day on what was happening with my car! Thanks Tim!!
