The service representative, Jessica, is the sole reason I rated my service visit as excellent. Otherwise, it would have been lower. I came in for an oil change and retire rotation. I chose to wait as it was going to take approximate 90 minutes. It took over 3 hrs with a strange explanation. Jessica apologized and I was not charged for the services I received. Above and beyond customer service.

Franklin in the service department did a great job meeting my needs. He was prompt and notified me when my vehicle was ready for pickup and ensured that all the services were completed.

The service department was great. It was super easy to drop my car off and they had it ready to pick up that afternoon with a full explanation of what was wrong and what they did to fix it. Highly recommend.

I was not very happy about being told it would be 91.00!for a synthetic oil change. I had a coupon but still..either it’s unreasonable or I am not used to the current inflationary curve. Either one is not good.
