Had a great experience. My service advisor, Tim was friendly, knowledgeable & very professional. He was able to help me with all the issues with my vehicle, get them sorted & get me back on the road. I will definitely be returning to Mike Shaw for all my future needs.

Mike Shaw Subaru is the only dealer I trust to service my Outback. 100k+ miles and my vehicle performs as well as the day I drove it off the lot. Excellent maintenance and customer service keeps me coming back.

Everyone there were very professional and helpful. I left the car for repair on a tire and later on I received an email with some other issues to be fixed. They kept me updated on the repairs and what was also great is they offered a payment plan if you need to do for the repairs if the repairs were expensive. Overall service was great.

I first took 2 buses to bring keys in to try battery replacement. Younger Asian guy in parts was kind and very customer focused. That didn’t solve problem so young woman in service helped me remember Alex’ name as Rep. he helped me 18 months ago and he’s The BEST. Had to use tow truck for a silly mistake in running down battery but I can’t say enough nice things about Alex. Rtd...not so Much😖yes, I know you provide Uber bit I never like to take advantage of service. It is such a gift to know Alex won’t pressure me for unneeded add-ones. I’m 71 and on a budget
