The oil change was fairly quick. I was 10 minutes early - and there were 10 employees around but I was forced to wait for the one service advisor that was already with a customer. That was frustrating, as I needed to join a call for work. The entire place is being renovated but no one notified me when I made the appointment. I was unable to sit at a cubicle like normal and working was very challenging. Omicron is also at very high rates and the interim customer lounge was crowded. I’ll avoid waiting for my car until the renovations are complete.

Brought my forester in for routine service. The maintenance team was quick and polite and answered all of my questions.

While I didn't think scheduling the appointment was particularly easy on the website, my actual in-person experience was great. I have forgotten the name of the person I worked with (sorry!), but he was nice, quick, clear, and it all took much less time than I thought it would. All good. Thanks!
