I arrived at 830 for a 9a.m. appt. I didn't receive the inspe tion text until 9:53. At that point I agreed to do the fuel injection flush. It would have been nice yo know at the time that this would be an additional 45 min wait. Had I known this I would have schedule for a fifteenth day. Wally was very receptive to my complaint and assisted me the best way that he could. Great customer service as always. I'll continue to return
