I was first in line and the service dept opened right on time. I was checked in promptly and shown the waiting area offered coffee if I wanted. I also received a text on where my car was in the process. A very good experience as always.

Everyone is always so friendly and professional I just wish it didn’t take 1.45 hours. I know it’s an oil change and tire rotation and maybe it just takes that long. So my apologies if so.
