Friendly staff and quality service

I’m very pleased with the service I received for my Subaru. The gentleman who checked me in was very polite and helpful. My work was finished in quite a timely manner. Also, important to me right now, was that I was able to use a waiting area that had only one other person it. I have many medical issues and I have to avoid Covid at all costs so I was so pleased that I could be in a safe environment.

Even though we are in a tough time as far as getting materials or products that we want due to the problems covid has created, Mike Shaw Subaru and Sales rep Eric Grimm did a great job of keeping their promises and timeline intact. Job well done.
