Our sales rep was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He didn’t try to sell us more than we were looking for. He knows all the procedures well and respected our time. When we took delivery of the vehicle, he had all the ducks in a row to make the process quick and hassle free.

On the overall I was pleased with the service. The waiting room was in poor condition. When one is waiting for two hours it would be nice if there were some magazines to read and a few vending machines available.
