My car had to be towed in. The tow and the ride to pick my car up when service was complete were scheduled by them and both showed up within 20 minutes of the request. Problem with car was professionally diagnosed and resolved. Wally relayed the issue with the car exactly as I described it in the paperwork the technician works from.
