Excellent service experience given by Mike Shaw’s service adviser Juan Martinez who assisted me during my first maintenance appointment. Bought the car thru AAA auto source, but chose Mike Shaw to do the car’s maintenance. Very pleased with the professionalism of Juan and the cleanliness of the shop there … and the convenience of the service waiting room.
