Upon getting home I checked the air filter and I felt it was dirty enough that it should’ve been changed. I was not advised that it could go until the next oil change….. but anyway. Also, No one came to get me in the waiting room in my vehicle is finished. I knew it was gonna take approximately an hour maybe hour and a half. After you get to two hours I went and checked on the vehicle. And my paperwork and keys were laying on the table and my Service rep. turned around and picked them up and said oh here your car is ready

It took much longer than expected, but it was due to a slow computer download. we were rewarded for our patience with a free oil change. An excellent move which kept us happy
