I'll go to Mike Shaw for as long as I live in Denver. There were some hiccups during the service of my 2019 Outback, but they always recovered well and gave me the attention needed to fix the issues. Very professional and friendly, and sometimes that's all it takes in a short-staffed world where delays are expected.
