I always come back to Mike Shaw even though I live off Arapaho right next to Groove Subaru now. Prices are competitive, and your mechanics are honest. I was ready to replace my break pads, but the service rep was honest in that at 5mm I probably didn't need to do that until the next visit. The waiting room kinda sucked this time, but I understand with the construction going on.

The overall quality of the workmanship is always excellent--it has been to this day since 2015 when the Forrester was purchased (late September 2015); however the construction was distracting and the projected long wait for routine service was not amenable for a pleasant time awaiting completion of work. However, at the completion of the work long before the projected timeframe was a tremendously appreciated surprise. The overall solicitousness of the staff is always appreciated. Very efficient check in and service rep explained process with an accurate estimation of how long the service would take. I like the text message updates during service that allow for contactless decision making.

The service was quick this time around. They told me about new programs to help pay for services. The only thing I wish is that prices would go down but I understand. I enjoy sharing stories with all the staff. We talk about families and past life experiences, which makes me feel more than a customer but family and friend.
