Friendly and communicative

Had an oil change performed under my service contract. Easy to schedule a few days out. I showed up on time and my Ascent was quickly in work. I waited there and it was complete in just about an hour. Construction made the waiting rooms less than ideal, but hopefully in the long run it will improve things.

We had a intermittent problem starting our 2020 Outback, purchased from Mike Shaw. They got us in on short notice and gave us a loaner. Two previous trips to other dealer shops had not provided a permanent fix. Mike Shaw successfully (fingers crossed!) diagnosed and replaced a sensor and got us back on the road. Thanks!
