I alwaysget great service at Mike Shaw. I have had Kathy Nerka as my service advisor for many years, and was sad to see her go although happy for her retirement. Danny was wonderful, professional, and I was very happy.

They the did the oil change this time and I waited there for it. It didn't take very long and I was on my way. They forgot to place the oil change reminder sticker on the windshield, hence only 4 stars.

Oil change and tire rotation were quick and efficient. Staff was nice. However an additional repair I was considering came in at twice the amount quoted last year. Was the first quote wildly incorrect or is it the current quote that's wrong? I also had to speak to 4 people across 2 departments to get an all-in price. Really inconvenient and frustrating.

I scheduled my oil change through the app in the vehicle. It was very easy and convenient. Appointments were available next day so I didn't have to wait long.
