Jamie Chu, the Salesperson, was excellent. I was need of a Vehicle, due to mine being totaled in a car accident. With the chip shortage on new cars, she explained the situation. She found me a car that was coming in from California. She kept in contact on the status and the arrival of the vehicle. When the Vehicle arrived she kept in very close contact that day and expedited the delivery process of the car. She made a hard situation very tolerable. She is awesome at her job. Excellent Service. Wally demonstrated great customer care. He explained all aspects of service to be done on my 2019 Subaru Forrester. I have encountered his one on one representation before on previous service occasions. Technology certainly makes life and communication easier. On my last visit though, I was waiting on site for my service and inspection to be completed. Since I was working, I happened to check my personal email and saw an update from the service department asking for approval for additional work to be done. I noticed the email about 30 minutes after it was sent. However, if I hadn't checked my email, I wonder how long it would have been before I was notified. Seems like if someone is waiting there, it would be nice to check in with them personally.
