Tire light was on and it wasn’t due to colder weather. I called for an appointment thinking a day or two later, but I got right in. Jess took care of me, she was courteous and helpful. They aired my tires up and I went on my way…painless and grateful.

Great communication, great service. I like that I was assigned a dedicated service rep upon booking. Wally was awesome and worked with me in getting my issue resolved. He listened to my concerns and gave me best advice in a positive manner.

Mike Shaw Subaru service really took care of my car! Had to get a new short block and turbo assembly and they finished repairing it quickly! Could use a bit more communication but I understand it is a very busy location and overall it was very good experience.
